My laptop will not connect to the Parkervision WR1500 router, it does not even show up under network connections. I have logged into the router and unchecked the box "hide ESSID" still no luck. Can anyone help me?

What OS are you using?

This is a rather old router, does your wireless card support 802.11b? Most modern wireless cards are g/n.

Assuming you are using Windows, are you using the software that came with the wireless card or using windows Zero config? I recommend the Zero Config.

Hope this helps thumbup.gif
