Can't update antivirus, ie, avant browser doesn't work

Well, my computer is mostly running fine, there's only this problem of me not being able to update any antivirus/antimalware that I want to including super anti-malware, malwarebytes, I can't update kaspersky internet security 2010 cuz its not activated - try to activate the trial or use a commercial license code to activate, it gives the error " unable to connect to server " but when I use a key it gets activated? And I have been recently infected with a virus/ rootkit.. so maybe its not fully removed?

My browsers work fine now, it was cuz I didn't delete my cookies.
Just please go through my hijackthis.log and tell me if i'm infected with a virus/rootkit/malware or whatever.

  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.

Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
