One of the salesmen called me in to look at his computer. Outlook acting strange.
I noticed new icons on his tool bar: for a program called SpamExtract.
He said he'd gotten an email from a friend; swears he didn't install anything, it just popped up on it's own.
Is SpamExtract a legitimate program?
would it have possible installed itself, or did he click on something and didn't want to tell me?

learning just as fast as I can; and not doing too bad for an old broad
