i have a vista and windows duel boot computer, and when i try to open windows vista movie maker up on windows 7(as windows 7 does not come with it), it will not work. and i do not want to have to use the crappy live movie maker as my movies already made on vista will probably not be compatible. and its crappier version anyway. Is there a hack or something of some sort?

What is wrong with the Windows Live version? What doesn't it do that you need it to? I have been using it for quite awhile, and it does everything I need.
