I was changing a CD-ROM drive for a new one and when I try to turn on the computer, the front light is on but the cpu fan does not run. Also there is this beeping sound that doesnt stop. What is wrong with my computer?

Open the computer and check all the connections. Make sure everything is firmly seated in place.
Maybe something got knocked loose when you were installing your CD-Rom.

I'm not sure what I did but it works fine now. Probably something was loose like you said. Thank you
