Hi

I had a look at the event viewer, as recommended by the website, as there are several error messages, which I presume relate to my printer ?

They generally the same error repeated i.e. :

"Crash dump initialization failed"

"WLAN Autoconfig has successfully stopped"

and

"Document IELTS writing1.pdf failed to print and was deleted because of corruption in the spooled file. The associated driver is: Lexmark 1200 Series. Try printing the document again."

Any ideas on what I need to do ?

This is the printer error
Uninstall the printer and all of its software and then reinstall it again following the mfg's instructions

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Sorry I cant uninstall it because I am having big problems with the software - I cant install new software because the setup.exe file doesnt respond. Ive tried on several occasions to do this.
