Ok, here is the background and situation.

Computer was working. Then video stopped. No Post info screen either.
Tried new video card. nothing.
Tried new used mobo. Nothing.
Left it for a while and just started getting into it again.
Tried PCI vid card, AGP vid cards. Nothing.
Tried DVI and VGA on monitor. Monitor is also good and yes it is on. It also seems to see a signal cause it doesn't go into sleep mode.
Got a new PS tonite. Still nothing. No post info. No post beep. But computer seems to be running. I had put a bootable windows cd and it sounded like it when through the motions.
I am at a complete loss as to what can be going on.
Anyone have an ideas as to what else I can try?

Thanks,
Derek

Have you tried a new monitor? If the computer is sitting there dormant after all the Motherboard and PSU swap I would suspect either the processor is bad or when installing the new motherboard or PSU you missed a connection.

everything works after all the swapping, just no vid still. I haven't tried another monitor, but I will, but I use that same monitor on another computer.

With no post I doubt video is the problem. Since you tried another MoBo, I would guess CPU would be the next target to check... maybe memory, but you usually get past post even if you have bad RAM... sorry I couldn't be more help.

Try this:

If it seems the computer is running, the most likely culprits are:
  • Loose, damaged or bad CPU
  • Memory dimm gone bad or not seated properly
  • video card gone bad
  • reset button stuck in warm boot mode
I've had this happen to me three times, each time it was either a loose cpu or a blown video card.
