Hi everyone, my name is nick and I go by npostusa which stands for my first initial, part of my last name, and where I am from. Been working on various levels of support for over 12 years. Have experince with remote tools such as dameware, logmein, PcAnywhere and more. Supported or lead a team of support for over 150 applications, server and desktop. Worked extensively with Citrix, Vmware, and more. Still, I know a little about a lot, and now my job is to troubleshoot problems by determining if it is network, database, web, or otherwise. It is a very cool job, and most of the time I gather the experts and facilitate to solution. It is scary and fun all at the same time. Also, I found this as i sit at home recovering from a severe case of Lyme Disease. This disease is usually found early on, but in my case it hit my central nervous system causing me excuriating undiagnosed pain for about 20 days before they finally did the lyme test. Would not wish this on my worst enemies. Needless to say, I am recoverying and feeling better everyday.

What I hope to do is gleam, and or add comments to this site as appropriate. Hope I can help someone, and yes I still do not know the 1/2 of it ;-).

Just wanted to say Hi

~Nick from Connecticut

Hi Nick and welcome :flowers:
Its good that you got diagnosed early on even though its still a nasty disease. I hope you have a speedy recovery. You seem like a useful guy to know from your history
