Unable to boot up desktop

Would some pls advise me if the above title is commom
or easy to fix?
I had a same systems failure message on Memory,
so i removed faulty memory module and it booted up.
But tried reboot and got See message Title!!
any help appreciated greatly

When and where do you receive that error message?
What is the make and model of the motherboard and CPU or the computer if this is a retail box?
Have you had it apart?
