Any help is appreciated, I have no idea what to look for, thanks. Also, when i look at my processes that are running, there is a file called pokapoka62.exe. I have a feeling this is spyware so how can I get rid of it.

Thanks,
Brian

Hello Bmahon and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Are you running the "Serv-U FTP Server"?

Open the Control Panel then double click on Add/Remove Programs. Look for the following and uninstall them if found:

- VBouncer
- Virtual Bouncer

Download LQfix.zip.
- Unzip it to your desktop.
- Don't use it yet.

Download LSPFix and unzip into it's own folder.
- Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows.
- Run LSPFix.
- Move all instances of calsp.dll and aklsp.dll to the 'Remove' pane.
- Check the "I know what I'm doing" box, then on Finish.

Reboot into Safe Mode.

Locate LQFix.bat on your desktop.
- Doubleclick on LQFix.bat. A command window will open and close again, that is normal.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VBouncer] C:\PROGRA~1\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SStb.exe] SStb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\eliteifg32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System service62] C:\WINDOWS\etb\pokapoka62.exe

O20 - Winlogon Notify: App Management - C:\WINDOWS\system32\p04ulah91d4.dll (file missing)

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), navigate to and delete the following files and folders (Don't be concerned if they can not be found):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\p04ulah91d4.dll <--File

C:\PROGRAM FILES\VBouncer\ <--Folders
C:\WINDOWS\etb\

Reboot normally and post a fresh HJT log.
