Hi

I constantly get messages of 1 System is infected

System:home-b4ba62fac4, was infected in the last few minutes :flowers:

I have run Ad-Aware/Trojan Hunter/gMer/Anti Malware/AVG 9.0 Anti virus/Anti-Root kit/SUPERantiSpyware/Trojan remover several times the last couple of days and it all comes up negative.
No infection of TDLWSP.DLL or any other names it has like:U7AVI1772U1705ND.BIN/AC9137F1-B2CE-407B-975E-E623E17AA3FA.TMP/~DF7296.TMP/U7AVI1772U1705ND.EXE
I have run all of these since TDLWSP.DLL has been seen to perform the following behavior:

* Uses rootkit techniques to conceal its presence, interrogation or removal :inlove:

I have also run a Hijack this scan witch is also coming up negative.
Can this be a false positive or is it a real infection????
Now,i have tried all the scanning programs i have so now what to do???????????? :trumpet:
Is there anybody out there that know what to do?????

Please download Win32kDiag.exe by AD and save it to your desktop.
alternate download 1
alternate download 2
  • This tool will create a diagnostic report
  • Double-click on Win32kDiag.exe to run and let it finish.
  • When it states Finished! Press any key to exit..., press any key on your keyboard to close the program.
  • A file called Win32kDiag.txt should be created on your Desktop.
  • Open that file in Notepad and copy/paste the entire contents (from Starting up... to Finished! Press any key to exit...) in your next reply.

 Go to Posted Image > Run..., then copy and paste this command into the open box: cmd

You have what looks to be a rootkit infection

Now that you were successful in creating those three logs you need to post them in our HJT forum There they will help you with the removal through some custom scripts and programs that we cannot run here in this forum

First, try to run a DDS / HJT log as outlined in our preparation guide:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

If it won't run, don't worry, just give a brief description and tell them that these logs were all you could get to run successfully

Post them here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/

The HJT team is extremely busy, so be patient and good luck
