I have recently installed mIRC.
After scanning with a-squared, the scan results were:

File Name: c:Program Files\mIRC.exe
Diagnosis: Riskware.Client-IRC.Win32

Is this anything to be concerned about?
Or is it just picking up on the mIRC.exe?
The Win32 part bothers me.

No, nothing to be concerned about in and of itself. Riskware is just a class of program that could be an avenue of infection if you use it. mIRC.exe is not an infection or infected. But by using that chat client, someone could send you a link to a malicious webpage. Click it and you might become infected. That's the risk you take by using the program.

See here for more info:

And Win32 just means Windows 32 bit applications--pretty much any operating system that is Windows--as opposed to Apple or Linux.
