I've left another message with a HJT log file, but we also have a problem with something called Winfixer 2005, which is on the desktop and keeps trying to install itself. It started installing itself and won't stop! We've tried uninstalling it and it keeps coming back. Please help!

thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

Is that log the one that is posted here?

If so you need to let OT know that something else has cropped up. That WinFixer is relatively new and pretty tricky to remove. Stick with OT's help and you'll be fine.
