In order to assist you effectively we need more specific information. Please read Before you post about a problem, Some simple guidelines and How To Not Get or Give Technical Assistance on Usenet and Web Forums.

What OS (Win 2K, XPsp1, XPsp2, Vista) are you using?
What logs are you trying to access?
What steps have you taken to remove the infection?

We are using Windows XP
We were on step 8 on the tuturial for this website on how to remove spyware. It asked for a root repeal dds log and a log we were asked to name art.ark??. We have those created finally and did post those about an hour ago.
We purchased Mcafee 2010 and tried to run that. It just kept telling us that we didn't have enough space on the computer to run it.
I tried once to download Malwarebytes - it appeared to download but I can't find it anywhere to finish running it.
We can get on a few internet sites, this being one of them
I can only access my desktop for about 15 seconds when I boot up in normal mode. I can access it in Safe mode.
I can not get on the internet in safe mode even with the networking option.

Good job getting your logs posted here.

Now that your log is posted, you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc) unless advised by a HJT Team member, nor should you continue to ask for help elsewhere. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make on your own may cause confusion for the member assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.

From this point on the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

To avoid confusion, I am closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team. If you still need assistance after your log has been reviewed and you have been cleared, please PM me or another moderator and we will re-open this topic.

Good luck with your log.
