I get this message when I log on.
I have run Norton 360 and it doesn't find anything.
Should I download ComboFix?

NvMCTray.dll is a part of an Nvidia Video driver that is probably installed on your computer. I would recommend updating your Video drivers on your computer and this should clean up the NvMCTray.dll error.

As for Combofix,

You should not run ComboFix unless you are specifically asked to by a helper. Also, due to the power of this tool it is strongly advised that you do not attempt to act upon any of the information displayed by ComboFix without supervision from someone who has been properly trained. If you do so, it may lead to problems with the normal functionality of your computer.

Hope this helps,

I have GeForce 9300 Ge

I did install the latest driver version 191.07, but during installation it said the version was incompatible and gave me 8 popup messages saying it failed.

I chose to shut the NVIDIA options off from my startup manager in Norton 360.

I think the problem happened after installing a windows update.

I am still concerned I have an infection that is causing problems.

I tried to install DDS and run a report. I shut Norton 360 off. When I got to the black window in figure 5 it disappeared and did not give me a notepad text box.

I tried install rootRepeal but it said it is not compatible with 64 bit systems.

Should I try Hijackthis?

You may want to try uninstalling your existing drivers and give this one a shot after rebooting.
