emails sent from me but not by me

First, big apologies as I think I posted this problem in the wrong section. (Email)

I am posting it here now as I think it may be an infection after reading your guidance notes. Sorry to waste the admin's time if they have to remove it from the email section.


Hope you can help me again.

I came to my comp for the first time today at approx 1pm and found that two emails had been sent by me to all my contacts at 9.32am there was no subject line and the body of the email had this link:

and the other had this link:

(((http://www.sportslocker.co.nz/i5zsI6KiEV.html)))

I have run malwarebytes and my avira but they have come up with nothing.

I am worried that all my contacts will open the links thinking it is safe because it has come from me. I can't work out how to send a warning email to all my contacts to tell them to ignore it.

I have not opened the links. My comp seems to be running normally at the moment.

This has never happened to me before, hope someone can give me some advice.
