bios update

i had my computer fixed at geek squad and they said my bios was out of date. so they updated it now my computer runs real slow . i was just woundering if there is somthing i could do to make it run better

You have told us next to nothing.

What are system specs? Did CPU/memory timings change after the BIOS update?

I am a retired Ford tech. Next to Fords, any computer is a piece of cake. (The cake, its not a lie)

3770K @4.5, Corsair H100, GTX780, 16gig Samsung, Obsidian 700 (yes there is a 700)
