"sptd" Thats the name of the driver. The reason I want to disable it is because it has a yellow exclamation point next to it. I did some googleing and found out their website

Would it be ok for me to disable it? I know its a safe/non virus driver, but it could be causing my BSODs, since its saying that it isnt working

I would first try reinstalling the drivers for it. Since there is yellow exclamation point on it, it seems it is already disabled so I see no reason you could not uninstall it. Windows should detect it upon reboot and reinstall it if it is needed.
