Hi.. hope I'm posting in the right place.
I keep getting a msg about a utwtusb exe trying to make a change on my laptop... I block it from happening (I hope) but my Q is.. does anyone know what thats all about?

That file goes with a Aiptek Graphics Tablet... Do you have one of them connected??

Please check for correctness
Atwtusb.exe is for Aiptek

Utwtusb exe is more likely than not, a problem
