hi,

wish you could help my problem. Seems like something has happened to my computer - infected by something. McAfee VPN network policy thing alerts of numerous Malwares from my computer but I can't find anything with Malwarebytes Anti-malware or latest microsoft rootkit removal tool.

The problem is that whenever I or someone else logs in, the system will almost freeze in every 5 minutes or so. I checked McAfee settings and it is set to delay updater from start up by 5 minutes. After that 5 minutes the computer will use all resources for minute or two, and then again after next 5 minutes or so has passed by. The processes that consumes all the CPU are vsTskMgr.exe, McScript_InUse.exe -- usually 50% each process. However I seemed as when I was about to run DDS and RootRepeal and unplugged network cable, no freezing was occured.

So, I ran DDS and RootRepeal as guide suggested. RootRepeal threw an error "invalid PE image found" when starting the program but I managed to run it.

I hope these log's will show something.

thanks in advance

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
