Hey everybody! New to this website and hoping for some help.

I have a user who that is having major Excel problems. The app keeps haning on him, no rhyme or reason. When I check the event properties, I get an Event ID: 1002, Hanging application EXCEL.EXE version 11.0.8302.0 hang module hungapp, version, hang address 0x00000000. This is Excel 2003, fully patched with all of the latest Office (and Windows) patches as of 11-9-09. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office but to no avail. I even rebuilt his computer (OS, all apps, etc) thinking he may have some malware or virus that wasn't getting picked up but he is still having the same problem on a brand new computer and build. I thought it was the spreadsheets he was using until he told me today that he was not in any of the suspect speadsheets when it happend. I'm baffled. Anybody have any kind of insight on this one?
