Hello Everyone,

I am new to the IT industry having only been involved for the past year. I have learned a great deal but have come to realize that malware is our number one issue that we handle every day. I am tired of using malwarebytes and combofix on everything and sometimes seeing the same problem return. I would like to learn how to use different applications and take a more active role in removing malware efficiently and effectively. I know hijackthis is a useful tool for removing malware and I would like to learn how to analyze the logs to remove all traces of malware. Also I would like to know what to look for in Windows system 32 folder as well as the registry to know what files are good vs what files are bad. If anyone knows of any classes or can show me where to start I would greatly appreciate it.

See the following link:Malware Removal Training Program, Learn about it here, and join the program!

However watch for a potential change in the process coming soon. We are evaluating options and may implement a change soon. Unfortunately thats the extent of information we have regarding a change so far. In the meantime follow those directions. Thank you for your interest.
