So I enabled boot logging on my dell laptop with vista home premium,

this recently started,

as it is loading drivers it shows two different "drivers" folders,
the predominant one is spelled "drivers" with the lower case letter d.
then two or three entries refer to "Drivers" with a capital D.

what is the most likely cause of this? And what steps should I take to ensure it is legit?

I have not recently installed anything, I have not made any folders named drives or Drivers on the system. I am aware of the drivers folder but not sure where the second one with the capital "D"rivers came from.
