Hi fellow bleeps,

I deleted a couple of files using CyberShredder, my regular shredding tool, but their titles remain in Windows Explorer (as zero-byte files). Try to get rid of them in any standard way and I get a msg "Could not find this item. The file is no longer located in C:\Users...blah blah" Well, of course not, duh, I deleted it.

The question is: how can I get rid of the listing in Exploder? It doesn't really matter if it stays, but it's annoying as hell that I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Thanks for any help offered...

Try Unlocker, or one the other unlocking tools mentioned on the site.

You are one Baaaad CoolCat!

Unlocker is a great tool, and worked perfectly.

Thanks so much...it moves onto my list of Indispensable Tools.
