Sometimes when I click on Steam so I can play Counter Strike Source, I get a BSOD that says "page fault in nonpaged area". The funny thing is that this only happens once in a while and ONLY when I click to launch Steam. Even so, it is still annoying. What can be the cause of this? Faulty RAM, processor, or mobo?

I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000 processor, GIGABYTE AM2 AMD 690G Motherboard, and 3.25 gigs of ram. Thanks for your help.
