I have been infected......

I have the proverbial Security Center Virus and other friends that have visited me. I have ran MalwareBytes, and Symantec Anti Virus Software and removed some problems, but I still can not get into Safe Mode and my search engine continually redirects. I was hoping that getting into SAFE MODE would help correct the other parts of this problem, but I am unable to get past the Stop Code in Safe Mode.

Here is the Stop Code I am receiving if someone can help me get past it.

Thanks in Advance for any help.

Stop Code: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X80537009, 0XF78AA3E0, 0XF78AA0DC)

DO NOT USE msconfig TO ENTER SAFEBOOT

Are you getting the BSOD continuously?
Have you tried System Restore?
