I am running on windows xp, and everytime I try to open malware, i get a message that says I do not have the authority to open it or something. I found this thread, but I cannot find the securities tab...

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item

I tried this - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/lof...hp/t246186.html - But it won't let me rename the file. Help please!!!!
