How much RAM do you have (right click My Computer / select Properties / under the General tab, how many MB of RAM do you have)?
How long have you had this problem?
What were you doing when this problem occured?
Were there any error messages?
What was the exact error message?
Give all of the details you can think of.
The solution to your problem, is in the details.
