Just Installed new MB/CPU combo & it wont boot up

The fans come on, but that's it. No Beep. No Video. Right now, I'm trying it without the HD or CD-ROM connected.

I tried removing the RAM, I've Cleared CMOS settings. By Unpluging the power cord, move the jumper cap of JCMOS from pins 1-2 to 2-3 and leave it there for 5 seconds. Move the jumper cap back to pins 1-2. Plug in the power cord, turn it on.

you obviously didn't read the customer reviews. The first three reviews all said they couldn't get it to boot up. Call customer support at Newegg and demand a refund or exchange.
