Hi,

I'm trying to clean up a virus & malware-ridden PC for a friend and am having a bit of trouble. Most of the problems are gone but there are still random IE pop-ups at startup (which are intermittent) and obviously fake 'Malicious software detected' balloons from the notification area. NAVCE also detects a "Downloader" virus in a .dll file located in c:\windows\system32\ which cannot be deleted.

There are two DLLs that look dodgy in c:\windows\system32\ , they are "kgwzukl.dll" and "cmwcysfe.dll" which is the file that NAVCE detects as a "Downloader" virus.
