My computer's explorer.exe does not load for 15 minutes after logging on. When it does load, it is frozen in the same state for up to 15 minutes, then it crashes. I need a fix quick.

Thanks.

Open Task Manager and in the Applications window end all tasks
Then start a new task and type exeplorer.exe
What happens then? Are you able to get around?
