I am getting a new computer and want to move some folders and files from the old one. I do NOT have a cd burner on the old unit. Nor do I have, or want to buy an external harddrive. Is this possible and if so, HOW?

Hi

I am getting a new computer and want to move some folders and files from the old one.  HOW?

One solution... Master and Slave

If new means one purchased from a shop and your old hard drive still works? Then ask for the old drive to be installed in the new PC as a Slave drive; so you have your new PC and new hard drive ( Master ) fitted with your old drive ( Slave )

It works for me and he even transfered my old file for me...
