Hey guys! I have a really bad virus on my desktop computer. It is running windows XP service pack 2.

The internet does not work even thought it is hard wired.

I cannot system restore, when i click the 'next' button it doesnt do anything. I have tried the system restore in safe mode aswell.

I cannot run my AVG virus scan.

I cannot run my malwaresbytes anti-malware scan. When i try to open MBAM it gives me an error saying "Run-time error '372':Failed to load control 'vbalGrid' from vbalsgrid6.ocx. Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application." I have even tried installing and running MBAM in safe-mode but it still gives me the same error.

I cannot copy/paste or drag/dop any files. So I cannot transfer any of my files to a USB stick.

Can somebody please help me???
