Pop-ups, redirected internet searches and bogus antivirus warning

Hello,

I'm having when I run say a Google search, the links re-direct me to a website called 'thefeedwater.com'. I have McAfee Agent: Version 4.0.0.1444 and I've run a Full Scan and have come back with nothing, but I being directed to strage webpages.


Any help is greatly appreciated!

Now I don't have access to Control Panel, Task Manager.
A program called Anitvirus System Pro has installed itself in my traybar
