My son downloaded patches for Company of Heroes and some songs. I believe that these came with embedded trojans and other malware. I cannot seem to remove them. I have tried AVG and several other programs. They appear to remove some of the files, but they keep popping up again in subsequent searches. Also, programs appear to running in the background. I have run Combofix and Malwarebytes. I do not know how to interpret the Combofix lof file. Is there a way to have someone look at a Combofix or Hijackthis file and see if they can tell me what is wrong? Thanks for your help.

Hello you would need to Start atopic in the HJT forum to have those viewed. They are not allowed in this section. Note the blue text atop this forum.
If you like I can review your MBam log here.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
