Hello, My computer (Toshiba Satellite laptop) running Windows XP SP2 is infected with the Vundo.gen.cb trojan. McAfee virus scan identifies but does not remove it! I tried Spybot search and destroy, but it does not work either. I have also tried Malwarebytes, but this trojan blocks it! I found the .dll file where the trojan is hiding but I can not delete it. What I would like to do is use combofix to remove the trojan but I need someone who is trained to interpret CF's information per Combo fix's instructions. Any takers? Thank you in advance!
