Hleping a friend who had so many viruses on his Dell B130 laptop that all we could do was to wipe it clean and reinstall windows. He does not have a driver disk so I went to Dell's support page and found all that I need. The problem is that I don't have internet access on the laptop that was reformatted. I tried to download to my computer but it wants to install the drivers.

How can I save the Dell drivers to a folder or even to a disk so that I can install and finish this installation?

I thought this would be easy as all the drivers are on Dell's site.

I tried to get to Chat with Dell and could not due to the computers service being over.

Thank you for any and all suggestions.

Anyone, including me (I don't have a Dell), can download Dell drivers to the desktop...and then burn them to CD.

Just click the SAVE button, not the OPEN button for each driver package.

Thanks Hamlius. Come to find out that Dell's driver page was experiencing technical problems. After I went back to the page the next day I was able to get the drivers I needed. Thanks.
