BSoD on startup

Just built a new computer:
ASUS Rampage Gene
6 GB DDR3
etc..

Please provide any input and help!! :huh:

When I boot my machine it will load Windows 7 and then will Blue Screen 2 times then be fine. It's almost as if it has to warm up. Here is the dump info Windows Debugger:
