Help, I have been tearing my hair out with this issue, and I can't afford to lose any more!!

My Dell Dimension 8100 takes about 10 minutes to boot up. I've tried all sorts to fix this but nothing has so far helped. Problem has worsened over the last year (appx).

After reading many posts on this site I have downloaded HijackThis and BootLogXP to see if I could isolate the issue. I have a lot of data but I'm not sure what to do now.

Dell Dimension 8100, XP Home, version 2002 SP3, Pentium 4 1700mhz 1.69Ghz, 1.2Gb RAM

Attached is the latest HijackThis log

Please close this request. I decided to try uninstalling NIS2009. It turns out this is a huge drain on resources on my PC. Boot speed is now 2mins and perfectly acceptable. Now I need to find a new and less greedy Anti Virus tool...
