I'm using Thunderbird for my email program now, with Windows 7, I would like it to check for new mail every few minutes. Unfortunately I have been unable to figure out how to change the timing on that. Does anybody know? Right now I think it checks for new email about every 30 minutes, I'd like that down to about 2-3 minutes...

Thanks
