This is my mother's computer so I'm not sure how it got infected - however I do know she has been recently introduced into the world of torrents and that she downloads a lot of third party apps, textures, etc for photoshop. So it could have came from anywhere.

Specs:
Windows Vista SP2 (WinNT 6.00.1906) 64 bit.
8GB RAM
Intel Quad Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz

Symptoms:
When I first looked at it, the computer was running extremely slow with 25% cpu usage and over 4GB of Ram usage with no applications running. Multiple processes of svchost.exe were totaling 700+MB, with one being 200MB and the other being 300MB.
Also, a few weeks before, photoshop would crash shortly after opening and give an error. After running AVG and SuperAntiSpyware, photoshop ran normally so I thought it was resolved- however it could be the same virus.

Anyways - not sure if all that helps or not but here is what I've done so far. I've ran SuperAntiSpyware in safe mode which found and removed a few trojans. I've ran a full scan with AVG which also found and removed a few trojans. I have not ran AVG in safe mode because my mother had to use the computer during the scan and cancelled the scan. And I've ran malwarebytes.

The svchost.exe is down considerably after those scans however once instance is still using 250mb, and the cpu usage is down to %5-10%.
However, the computer is still very sluggish in all aspects from boot time to loading web pages.

Here is the log:
