Starting videos cause popups?

I don't know the problem, Is it a virus or something?
Well popups only happens on Online video broadcaster, Youtube , and veoh
It also happens when i Post, such as this.
It the pop up comes up right when i click on the video i want to watch. It is only 1 page.
I scaned my computer Nothing
So Anyone know how to fix this? :thumbsup:

This has changed recently. the pop ups are now random but still on video websites
