I seem to have picked up a google redirect virus/malware. All the tell tale signs: certain svchost processes are slowing my computer, won't let me run anything as administrator and/or enter windows safe mode, my background has gone blank, and of course it redirects many google links. I've scanned my computer with avg and malwarebytes... they find several trojans but getting rid of them does nothing to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
