[HijackThis Log] Problem with hidden files & slow PC

Hi! I run COMBOFIX and it deletes some bad files from my computer so now I can make visible files :( I can discover hidden files :D But also sometimes I have 100% use of my processor I don't know why. Please check this HIJACKTHIS Log and tell me what I must to delete, if I must :( I also attached COMBOFIX log.
