Google Hijacked

Hi all, i need some help, when i open google as my homepage, and i try to do a search, a Window pops up a file download window opens up, and then name of the file is "SEARCH"
Type: Unknown File Type
From: www.google.com

then i have the choice to find/save/Cancel

its a pain cause i cant search for anything it just opens this file window's and the File size it wants me to save is 511 kbs ?
I could be wrong but i think my google is Hijacked.

Running Windows Vista Ultimate Explorer 8. I can search on yahoo engine or any other search engine without a problem, just can do it on google.

If Someone could help i would appreciate it, Thanks... :thumbsup:)
