I am trying to copy my pictures onto DVD. When I copy the folders I want to copy the only option I am is copying onto CD. The DVD player plays movies, and seems to be working properly. I go onto the properties and have to highlight sometimes. Am I missing something? How can I copy my pictures onto DVD?

1) What software are you using?
2) Why are you doing this? (To save the pictures to the DVD for storage purposes or to make a slide-show that you can play on a DVD player of those pictures.)

I strongly urge you to use Nero 6.6. Very good software for newer users. Very user-friendly interface. Allows you to do what you are trying to do and much more. Nicely priced too around $100. Well worth it. On Nero for picture storage...you simply select the pictures you want from a column on the right and drag them to the column on the left and click burn. If you are not wanting to spend the $100, let me know what software you are using and I'll help the best I can.
