Hello everyone.
Any information that might help will be greatly appreciated.
I have a H,P pavilion 763n with windows xp.
I bought it new but never got a system recovery disk.
It has a secondary hard drive that stores all of the system recovery stuff.
Whenever I had any problems before I have used it and it worked great to totally toast the comp back to how I got it.
The problem that I am having is my son got some kind of bug on it where it wouldn't do anything.
SO, I bought and tried to put in vista but it didn't work so I bought win,XP and it installed so the comp works fairly well but nothing that was installed from H,P isn't there.
The secondary hard drive that has all of the recovery stuff is still there but their is no way to get to it.
What can I do ?
With what I spent on vista and a new xp I could of bought a new cheap comp but I like this one.
It does (or did)everything that I would like it to do but now it don't.
Please help in any way that you can.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely.
Dave.
