I am new to this forum and I have the EXACT same problem as this user. I just recently bought a flash drive and downloaded the malware software onto it. However, once I get on my infected computer to download the software on it, I don't know what to do to download the malwarebytes program. How do I download the software from my USB flash drive to my infected computer? I cannot get on the internet at all using my infected computer. Any suggestions would be great. I work from home and need to work on this computer using the internet. Anything will help PLEASE

I apologize. Did not know what else to do, as I am new to this site. I am desperate for help. I downloaded the malwarebytes onto my USB 2 GB flash drive and it worked. However, when I go to download the malwarebytes software to my infected computer from my flash drive, I do not know how to do it to be able to run the software. What do I do after I have the malwarebytes on my USB flash drive? Thanks

Download it to your Desktop and right-click on the icon
Select Run as Administrator or if that's not there, select Open

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
