Access Denied When using USB Drives

Here is a mystery...

I plugged my digital camera into my computer's USB port and when I went to access the folder on the camera I get an error that reads 'Access Denied'. What is the issue with it?

I am using windows xp sp3

All other partitions/drives...can be accessed properly?

System manufacturer and model?
