HELP ME, keyboard keys doing weird things

whenever i hit shift it automatically takes me to hotmail.com, alt shuts down my computer,ctrl goes to firfox.com. i dont know how to fix this, i cant use the shift keys or any of the other keys. they just bring me to webpages. anybody know what i turned on or need to turn off to fix this.

Sounds like some kind of Malware (such as Spyware or A Virus). Did you recently install something? ... if you did, then it could be a driver issue.

If you did not install anything recently, then I would reboot into safe mode and run a virus scan and a spyware scan (make sure to update your definitions).

What's the make and model number of your keyboard?

Have you made any changes to settings lately, or installed any new equipment or programs?
